Desguaces La Cabaña S.L. is an Authorised Treatment Facility for end-of-life vehicles on the Loza road at Berrioplano, just outside Pamplona. It holds authorisation AR/CAT-54, which lets it process the permanent deregistration of a vehicle with the Spanish traffic authority and issue the official certificate of destruction — the document that legally takes the car off the road. This matters in practice: in Spain a scrapped vehicle must go to an authorised centre, and handing it to anyone else leaves the owner still liable for it. No appointment is needed, and the company handles valuation and collection by tow truck. Alongside deregistration it supplies used parts, with sales and shipping, and accepts cars, 4x4s, vans, trucks, motorcycles and machinery. Decontamination covers removal of hazardous waste — batteries, oils, fluids — for handover to licensed processors. With around 70 staff in 2026 and a second office in Barcelona, it is one of the larger operators in the sector in Navarre, and it appears on Pamplona City Council's official list of authorised treatment centres.
