Werksta in Malmö's harbour district is a collision repair centre in the Werksta chain, the Nordic leader in accident repair with over 90 workshops across Sweden, Finland and Norway and around 1,200 staff. It handles panel, paint and plastic repair on all makes and works with every insurer — damage is assessed on site and reported to the insurer where needed. Work always follows the manufacturer's repair instructions, which means the vehicle's original warranty is preserved. The chain is also a Tesla-authorised collision repairer in Sweden. Digital damage assessment lets you photograph the damage on a phone and send the images in advance rather than driving in first. All workshops are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and approved under the Kvalitetssäkrad Skadeverkstad guidelines, with annual audits and spot checks.
