Svenssons Bildemontering on Mosslundavägen in Kristianstad was founded in 1968 and is run by the third generation. This is the company's workshop and main warehouse; a collection shop in Malmö holds the most sought-after parts and also receives insurance write-offs. Around 1,500 cars are dismantled a year, and parts are sold with a warranty whose length for used components is set by the donor car's mileage and model year. Roughly a third of sales are entirely new parts, with delivery normally inside three days and dispatch across the Nordics. The company is certified to both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and, unlike an ordinary garage, operates under environmental supervision — EU rules require 98 per cent of a car to be recycled. A vehicle within five kilometres of Mosslunda is collected free of charge; between five and fifty kilometres a fee applies. Since 2022 the business has been part of Autocirc.
