Authorised car disassembly with permission from The County Administrative Board in accordance with the car scraping regulation. Only an authorised facility can deregister the vehicle correctly and issue a valid certificate of receipt; leaving the car to someone without authorisation risks remaining registered owners and paying vehicle taxes.
