The work is purely automotive glass: chip repair, windscreen and side glass replacement, and wiper blade changes. A chip up to around three centimetres can usually be repaired rather than replacing the whole screen, and the repair rarely takes more than half an hour. With comprehensive or third-party-plus cover the customer pays only the excess — 0 to 200 kronor for a chip repair and 1,500 to 1,800 for a replacement — and the workshop handles all contact with the insurer. A windscreen replacement includes a free loan car with 100 free kilometres, or an electric bicycle instead with no distance limit. Coffee and free wifi are provided while you wait. The chain pushes repair over replacement — each repaired screen saves around 44 kg of CO2 equivalent — and runs most of its workshops on renewable electricity with a largely electric loan car fleet. Payment is by debit or credit card, Swish or Klarna. The business is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
