The Murchante AVIA service station has traded since 2000 on Calle Mayor in Murchante, in the Ribera de Navarra a few kilometres from Tudela. Its wash facility has an ISTOBAL soft-brush rollover — the vehicle stays put on the platform and the gantry moves around it — plus a pressure lance and vacuums for anyone who prefers to do it themselves. It takes cars and vans, and a full wash comes with a personalised air freshener. Beyond washing, the station has a shop, a café with a terrace, toilets, a rest area for cars and trucks, AdBlue in containers with a dispenser and nozzle, butane, and refuelling for heavy goods vehicles. Air and water are free and the pressure gauge is calibrated annually. It was the first service station in Navarre to fit vapour recovery, the system that stops petrol escaping into the air while tanks are being filled. Staffed Monday to Friday 6:30am to 9pm and Saturdays 7am to 2pm; outside those hours the Automat automatic card refuelling service runs around the clock. Home delivery of heating and agricultural diesel is also offered, along with the Club AVIA card giving discounts on fuel and in the shop.
